“Year 2 are walking out the door…”
And yes, they did after an awesome workshop with singer, songwriter Andrew Chinn. On Friday Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 were able to join in singing and dancing with Andrew when he visited us here at OLR. Andrew sang his songs in which he shares the Catholic faith in a high spirited way which the children love. In Year 2, Ella and Matthews were the first to dance and all the children got to sing and dance . Afterwards they said “We had so much fun!” Year 1 thought the best part was the Tapiwa and Oliver bow which they all learned. Kindergarten sang “In the Beginning” and moved around like animals: kangaroos, monkeys, emus, and fish, just to name a few. Thank you Andrew for sharing your amazing talent with us!
